  • Copyright Ownership: Copyright of music generated by free users belongs to MiniMax Music; you receive a limited personal use license.
  • Commercial Use Rights: Music generated by paid subscription users (Pro plan and above) may be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to use in videos, podcasts, games, and advertisements.
  • Copyright Ownership: Paid users own full copyright and ownership of their generated music, with no additional royalties owed to MiniMax Music.
  • No Attribution Required: Paid users are not required to provide attribution when using generated music.
  • Non-Exclusivity Notice: We do not guarantee that generated music is unique; other users using similar prompts may generate similar music.

General Terms

  • Human Creative Contribution: If you make substantial creative modifications to generated music (such as adding original lyrics, making arrangement adjustments, etc.), these modifications may strengthen your copyright claim.
  • Third-Party Platform Policies: When publishing AI-generated music on third-party platforms (such as music streaming services, social media, etc.), please comply with the relevant platform's policies and terms.

Platform License Rights
